A Girl Named Cailin

There's a girl I know, her name is Cailin, and I purchased some art supplies off of her just a few hours ago. Since I was soo happy with the new pad and marker brush, I decided to dedicate the first drawing to her :P

Drawn on a sketch pad, with a brush marker. Took about 10 minutes to draw, 20 minutes to clean up in photoshop.

Another new drawing I've done with the new markers and sketch book I have, I quite like this one. My friend is going to be doing a photoshoot as a wood nymph, and I figured I might try to draw what this would look like. Didn't turn out quite like I'd hoped, but it's still good.

Marker, sketch book, 25 minutes, photoshop.

A Brother's Guitar

This is a drawing I did for my brother for his birthday. He's 24, and is a great admirer/player of guitars in all shapes and sizes. I thought that I would take my crazy line art stuff and make him a guitar for his birthday.

I drew it with felt tipped pen, using pencil on the headstock and the body to plan out the general shape. I didn't, however, plan any of the details, and just used whatever mood I was in to fill in the lines, which can be seen by all the different styles I did over the course of the week, as it took a VERY LONG TIME to draw.

Afterwards, I brought it into photoshop, cleaned it up a wee bit, and got it printed and framed for his birthday. All told, the drawing took about 15 hours to draw, spread over 5 days.

Talk about brotherly love :P

Ankles Away

This is another drawing on someone, this time of a rose, you can see that right in the middle there, and it's surrounded by random small complicated lines and stuff.

As always, drawn in permanent marker, took about 25 mins to complete.

Risque Drawing Commission

This is a drawing I'm doing for one of my friends, so I'm taking my time with it. This is it in the current stage of drawing that I'm doing. The girl is sitting on top of the guy, straddling him, and they are obviously kissing.

Hope it looks good in the end.

Random Crap Sketches

Here are a whole bunch of completely random sketches I've done over the years. I've been cleaning out my old papers, and I've scanned pretty much anything good I've found.

Enjoy, hopefully there will be more updates soon.
