Another Forearm, For Pete's Sake

Another forearm, this time on my friend Courtney. We were sitting in the lighting booth at our school, "working" a rental of our auditorium, bored out of our skulls for 3 hours. I ended up drawing this on her arm, taking approx 30 mins, in permanent marker.

Cooleo.

Island in the Sun

A drawing I did earlier for purely artistic purposes... though, it's sort of a background piece for a larger story I'm eventually going to do... and I sounded really pretentious there.

Basically, I have a story, I'm not quite ready to tell it, but, I'm still working on it.

Enjoy the island, see ya laters.

A Lovely Canvas

These images are from the back of one Izzy, who let me draw on her back earlier. The drawing took approx 2 hours, and was done in permanent marker, once again. The details are hard to make out, but there are stitches, padlocks, zippers and staples all over the place, and the centrepiece is a large bladed W shaped thing.

Thank you to Izzy for letting me draw on her back, it was a cool experience!

Anyways, hopefully, I'll have the drawing of the wings done soon, on Tasha's back. Also hopefully, I'll have another chance to draw on Izzy, so I'll be back with any new pictures when I get them.

Wings - Inked

An update on the wings, I've inked them, and I think they turned out pretty cool.

When I draw it on Tasha, where they "come out" of her back, I'm going to try drawing some bloody and stuff in some spiraly patterns to connect the wings to what's going to go in the centre.

I'll post again later with the results!

Wings - Practice

These are a pair of wings that I sketched in practice for the wings I'm going to be doing on someone's back in the next little while. I'll post the photos when I get them.

Thanks to Tasha, again, for returning and letting me draw on her again!

A Few Random Things

Well, the cottage was fun, and when I got back, I decided to do some drawing, so I've come up with another tattoo design I want to try on someone, as well as a fan art for my cousin Stef's webcomic, Sarah Zero.

More Drawing on Hands

This is yet another drawing I did on someone, this one on another hand. Once again, it was with a permanent marker, taking approx 45 mins to complete.

Thanks to Tasha for letter me draw on her nice hands!

Hopefully, next week, one of my friends will let me draw on her back, so I'll post photos of that, whenever I get them. Later, gators.

Drawing on Hands

This is the first drawing I did on any person, on my friend Mel. We were sitting outside randomly, in the nice sun, and I asked her for a pen and some paper. She returned with a marker. I asked... where's the paper, and she offered her arm.

Each hand took about an hour to do, both looking like fingerless gloves from far away!

More Drawing on People

Here are a few more photos that I have taken of other people I have drawn on. The first is another drawing on an arm that I did. It's pretty good. Orginally, I was going to draw on the girl's back, but alas, she had to work, and it would have shown through. So, it was the arm.

The whole process took about 45 minutes, with permanent marker. Thanks to Stef for letting me draw on her.

The second was a pair of feet that I did on another person, my OTHER friend, Calah. I commend her for being able to sit still for so long, and turn this way and that as I drew all over her feet.

For all record, ankles are more complicated then arms, and drawing them is kind of tiresome, with all the angles and curves. Very worth it, though, in the end. Then entire process took approx 2 hours and change.

Flower

This is a flower that I drew in a new style I'm trying out, similar to what I drew on my friends' arm. It took about 75 minutes of ignoring the teacher to do, and I drew it entirely in ballpoint pen (it was all I had).

A friend named Alistair

This here is a drawing I've done for my friend Alistair. He's looking all cool with his pose, and his sword, I just need to colour, and add in a kickass background (that I have no idea how to do).

Oh well. I'll post the final version in a bit.

Anthony Again

A much more sinister version of my friend Anthony, this time uncoloured, but maybe I'll colour it eventually.

Although Anthony is a cool, calm nice dude, sometimes I get the impression he is really a creepy killer inside... not really, but it's kind of fun to draw him as such.

Girl

A girl's face that I drew. It's a pretty good one, I like the pose she's in, and her glasses. It took about 30 mins, in pen, and shaded with pencil.

Tattoo

A drawing I did on my friend Alishia's arm. It was in permanent marker, took about an hour and change to do. I really liked the pattern, plus, a few of us sat in the summer sun while doing it, since the weather is finally warm.

I think I'll do this more often.

Forest

A forest I drew. Pencil, inked, then coloured and shaded in photoshop.

The forest itself is from a defunct story idea I've had for several years. Maybe eventually it will turn into something, but I think I need to know how to draw first.

Either way, I love this here forest.

Blood

I'm trying out some new blood brushes I got for photoshop. They look pretty good, methinks.

A friend named Anthony

Here, it's my first drawing up here, one of my friend Anthony. It was drawn with pencil, inked with pen, and  coloured and shaded in photoshop.

A quick one, but I do like the way it turned out... I just wish I knew how to properly shade the leather jacket... oh well, next time.

Blog post Numero Uno

Mwa ha, never had a blog before. Actually, I hate the term blog. I've never had an e-journal before. Hopefully I can use this as a something something something something.

Whatever. Mostly, this is just going to be a place where I can post random bits of art that I do, for I like being able to tell people to check out what I've drawn.

And all the jazz.

Alrighty goodnighty,
